STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
NOTE
If your TV supports eARC, connect the PS5 directly to it.
If your TV supports only ARC, Connect PS5 to soundbar HDMI 2 or 3 (processing prioritized ports) with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.0 cable (18Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >

1. AUDIO SETTINGS
Click on the arrow button at the sides of the image to go forward/backward for settings. (Click on image to enlarge)
Sequence:

Settings > Sound > Audio Output

Audio Output > Output Device > HDMI Device (AV amplifier) > Switch Output Device Automatically > On > HDMI Device Type > AV amplifier

AV amplifier > Number of Channels > 7.1 ch

Audio Output > General > Audio Format (Priority) > Bitstream (Dolby)
2. BLURAY SETTINGS
Click on the arrow button at the sides of the image to go forward/backward for settings. (Click on image to enlarge)
Sequence:

Insert Blu-Ray Disc into your PS5 (Disc Version only). Click on the Disc Player App when it appears. Play the Disc.

Control Panel > Settings

Settings > Noise Reduction > Off > Dynamic Range Control > Off > Audio Format > Bitstream
Press INFO button on soundbar remote control to verify audio format received on soundbar (Dolby Digital / DTS for best audio)
Switch the soundbar to OPTICAL input and observe the LED light status at the front of soundbar when playing content (3 LED = Dolby Digital; 2 LED = DTS)
